What an amazing shop. I travel around and visit shops and get a chance to look over the operation. Let me tell you this one is amazing. They have shuttle drivers to pick up and drop off customers. Very clean shop with a substantial amount of top notch technicians. The staff up front are very kind and do a great job with the customers. I would rate this as one of my favorite shops to visit so far. Best part when you pick up your vehicle you get an amazing cookie as a thank you!! Then I get in my car and find a note from the technician who worked on my car. That was awesome. Thank you Jake for taking good care of my car. The people of Colorado Springs are lucky to have such an outstanding repair facility to serve that community.

I was really impressed with the communication and process. They did a test drive and came back to after that an a "look under the hood" with an accurate assessment of what was needed. Cost for repairs are reasonable but mostly I was super pleased that they communicated at every steps with updates. Thank you
