After almost 2 years away and being a regular with Honest Accurate before, I was here only for a few days and needed to get back to Louisiana for an important medical appointment. My car breaks down On a Friday These guys squeezed me in and stayed late to get me back on the road by Sunday.. They did a great job, with the car and it was all served with a wonderful personal touch. Would not take my car elsewhere.

My 4Runner wouldn’t start when I was leaving work a couple nights ago, so I had to leave it behind. The next day I walked over to Honest Accurate, unsure if they could help without an appointment. To my surprise, a kind woman checked and got Jesse to walk over with me, test my battery, and determine it was my starter. He gave me great advice and guidance without pressuring me into anything, which made me feel they were truly genuine.

I decided to book an appointment, and Randy was awesome! As soon as I explained it wouldn’t start, he got me in right away. They had my 4Runner up and running with a full diagnostic in less than 24 hours! I’ve never had such outstanding service from mechanics before—super honest, helpful, and fast. Highly recommend Honest Accurate!

I have visited Jesse and his crew for the past couple of years for a few major issues on my cars. The office is so clean and the guys are so clean you would expect that they didn't do anything...But they did. They got us back on the road. Very thorough with all of their work and warranty everything they do. The front office is organized and attentive. You are not standing there for but a second before you are approached for help. They have shuttles that will get you where you need to go if it's gonna be a longer job than you can wait for. They are gonna tell you just the facts but understand that you may not be able to fix everything right away so here is what we suggest for the safest coarse of action until we can do the rest. They are out serving the community. There is a big place in my heart for Jesse and his guys and gals.
