My car started acting up and I had it towed in to Honest Accurate Auto Service. I was hoping it wasn't going to be an outrageous repair. But unfortunately, it turned out my transmission blew. It was going to be expensive. More than my car was worth. When I told them I didn't think I could afford to do the repair, the man I spoke with told me he was relieved that I didn't put myself further in the hole to repair this car. He could have tried to convince me into doing the costly repairs and they could have made money. But the "honest" part of the name rang true for this business. In the future, I will bring any cars I need repaired to this business for that reason. I also highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair. This business is one of the few that will do the right thing over making money.

Fairly new to area. Not the best time to need a mechanic. Found HonestAccurate after a search and reading reviews. Gave them a try and my experience was great. Great group of people and they make you feel as you have known them for a while. Work that was done on my truck, was done in a timely manner. The price was lower than I planned. I am very pleased. Have even recommended to several other people. I am even talking to my Corporate leaders to changing my small fleet vehicles to them. Very Pleased

Excellent service, second to none! My car recently broke down and was taken here. They were quick to diagnose the problem and get the parts in needed to fix my car. Dylan done an awesome job and identfied a few other things that needed taking care of.
I am extremely grateful for their quick turnaround, I felt very well taken care of and I will use them in the future.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic!! Kirsten was fantastic, my car was finished on time and my total ended up being less than the estimate, which is absolutely amazing. Truly a night and day experience when compared to any Honda dealership I’ve been to. Will definitely be coming back and recommending y’all to everyone!

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I have taken my car to Honest Accurate for about 13 years. I feel they are honest when they tell me what needs done. I have only had an issue one time that I had to return for a re-do and they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Moving to the Springs meant finding a trustworthy auto repair shop for my 2008 Mazda 3. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Honest Accurate Auto Service West. Keeping my car in great condition with regular maintenance and a few major repairs has been effortless with the help of this business and their amazing team. From the technicians in the back doing all the work on my vehicle, to the friendly and attentive front desk employees, I couldn’t ask for better. I feel more like family than just being a customer. Randy is always more than happy to explain what my car is in need of from the time I drop it off to when I pick it up. He explains things in a way I am able to understand since this is his expertise. I have always felt confident that the decisions we make regarding my car are for the best, and we go over everything together. There are no surprises. I feel included and in the loop. I appreciate the knowledge everyone possesses at this shop and Jesse the owner is a gem.
It’s also very cool that they have a comfy lobby where you can wait for your car while enjoying a complimentary soda and fresh popcorn! If needed there is a shuttle available as well which has been helpful when more extensive work is necessary.
