I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with my experience at Honest Accurate Auto Service! My car is running like a champion! I have never had such an enjoyable experience at an Auto Repair facility. Scratch that….. I have NEVER had and enjoyable experience AT ALL at an Auto Repair Facility. Your team is first rate! From the moment I walked in, all the information I received about my vehicle from Paul…..right down to the Card laying on my seat introducing Austin, who did the outstanding work on my car.

About two months ago, I took in my 2004 Mitsubishi Galant…(even though) I told them to go ahead with repairing the brakes, once they got the brakes apart and were able to measure them more accurately, they called me to let me know that the service wasn’t needed…Honestly, I was floored…Well done…my car was absolutely sparkling, washed, vacumned and shined up inside. I will absolutely use these guys for all my automotive service and repair needs.
…thanks for encouraging me to have the valves adjusted on my ’01 MDX. Once Ted showed me how badly they needed the adjustment, I was really pleased that I had it done…and the engine now runs at idle as smooth as it once did. Thanks to you, the mechanic that did the work, plus Ted and Dan who see to it that things move along as they should.
