Jen and Eric were soooo nice, explained everything so thoroughly, lent me a rental car to use while they had mine in the shop, cleaned the outside of my car, and were so fast and efficient with their work. Amazing service! I called Honest Accurate on a Monday mid afternoon, thinking I just needed a quick battery replacement (I needed it quickly since I’m a driver as my occupation), I spoke with Austin and he said to go ahead and bring my car in and they’d check it out. Long story short it ended up being my alternator, and even with not having an appointment, the extra work and getting parts - he made it happen to get all that done, get me rides and get my car back to me the next morning since he knew I needed it back by then! I’ve taken my car to Honest Accurate for years and always been happy but this was a whole new level of customer service! Seriously, Honest Accurate is a great place to trust your car work to!
