They always make me feel comfortable and never disrespect my lack of car knowledge. They take time to make sure I know what they are doing and how much it will cost. It is so very helpful for them to send their vehicle to pick me up and drop me off. All with a smile and kind word.

I am super happy to find a honest local mechanic in town. Honest Auto did oil change for my car, helped me figure out that my tires are super worn and my brakes needed replacement. They first charged me for wheel alignment but after running initial check, they decided that my tires were already aligned and ended up not charging me. It's nice to know that we can trust them to only charge for the work they have done. We would definitely go back to them again.

My sister recommended this place to me, and I can’t say enough good things about Honest Accurate Auto! From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pushed unnecessary services, and I left feeling completely confident I wasn’t being ripped off — which is rare in the auto world these days especially if you’re a woman. It’s such a relief to find a shop that truly lives up to the name “honest.” On top of that, they even offer a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. Thank you for being a business people can actually trust. I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs. I recommend this place to everyone in Colorado Springs! 💛 and they gave me a delicious cookie ☺️
