Bryson was the best! I live up in the mountains, came down to visit my ma and randomly choose Honest Accurate Auto Service for a repair needed.
Bryson got my truck fixed in time for me to get back home, thoroughly explained what was happening, gave me excellent information on what needs to be done in the near future and was patient with all my questions!
I have a feeling I will drive back down anytime I need work done, totally worth it!!

Would highly recommend! Ted went above and beyond to keep me informed and ease the process of dealing with my insurance company's claim. Once the check hit, Jonathon (the tech) finished the work efficiently, and quick. There was absolutely no mess in the car, and could be imagination, but looked even cleaner than I left it lol. They have checked on me multiple times to make sure the repairs were satisfactory and everything was working the way it should. I was recommended these guys by a friend and have no regrets!

I have been bringing my truck here for over a year, and this company excels at quality work with great communication and genuine customer interactions. My truck was in an accident and I asked to bring it by to check no damage was done to anything past the body work needed. They fit me in three days before they were off for the holidays, already had a packed schedule, and were down a few team members due to illness. I cannot tell you the weight that was taken off knowing they were there to help. Thank you!

Went for an oil change, super easy to schedule. They did an inspection and highlighted some upcoming maintenance, but didn’t force me to do it that day/walked me through a timeline. Very friendly and not intimidating like other shops.

I had a wonderful experience. My car is about to hit 100k and I needed an oil change and I knew it was getting close to a major service interval, so I made an appointment for the oil change and a full vehicle inspection. Krystal, the service advisor, got me checked in and into the courtesy shuttle in less than 5 minutes. Lark, the shuttle driver, was very friendly and dropped me off curbside at my office. Krystal kept me updated throughout the morning and put together a detailed list of recommendations. I never felt pressured to spend more than necessary, and every item on the list was thoroughly explained. I was very impressed by how welcoming and professional everyone was. The work was done quickly and the prices were fair and reasonable. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending this shop. This was my first time there, but I know I will be a customer for years to come. They took great of me and my car.
