Found my new auto shop! Great service from Shannon who went above and beyond contacting the dealerships that wouldn't return my calls. Wonderful shuttle experiences with Don. The mechanic Max even went on a ride with me so I can show him the issue. One of my two problems was resolved. The second is still ongoing but they pointed me to the Bulletins for my vehicle and I'm not alone as it is an issue with my year/vehicle. Now I know where the problem is and hope to get some mileage out of the transmission before needing a replacement. Thank you!

I was able to call and drop my car off the same day. They were able to work it in between scheduled appointments and sent me a work up of all that had to be done with a cost breakdown. I was able to approve or deny work that needed to be done and was able to pick my car up that next day. Checking out they gifted my son and i the tastiest cookies ever and on my passenger seat was a little card with the tech that worked on my car with a little bio and a thank you. Having to get any work done on your vehicle is unfortunately part of life and not something we look forward to doing but this establishment made that process as painless as possible. Not that I want to return any time soon but for any future car related issues we will be back!
