I have a 2010 Tahoe. I've had it at 2 different dealerships for same issue. No answers. I took it to Honest Accurate and they were able to find the issue. I also have a 97 chevy k3500. Have had issues with my brakes and again a Chevy dealership could not fix it but this place did. Now truck stops great! Great place!!

I had an exceptional experience at Honest Accurate Auto Service! Not only was my car well taken care of, but the customer service went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was fully informed throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything and ensure I felt comfortable with the services provided. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers' experience. Highly recommend!

Austin and his supervisor agreed to remove part of a fender guard that had ripped and was interfering with wheel function at no cost while I was in town shortly, as an altruistic and generous gesture of good will for my safe travel. This took time and effort. I am grateful. It is a sign that you can expect kindness if you take your vehicle there.

8-1-25 Visiting from Arkansas. Needed work done on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Work completed in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Was very satisfied with the service and the repairs. Would definitely return if needed.

Easy scheduling online. Fast drop-off and great communication throughout the service. I knew exactly what to expect and their estimate was exactly what I paid. My Jeep is driving like a dream now. On top of that, they gave me a little gift bag at checkout (which made my day), lubed my squeaky doors and vacuumed my mats. I will be coming back for all my car service needs and recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Honest Accurate blew my mind with the service from beginning to end. Starting with Sean who it's obvious about loving what he does, Eric is an amazing technician that took care of my civic's weird noise and shaking at 55 mph. Lark who took me home and we had a great conversation, and lastly Jesse. Jesse tho he is the owner, he is actively at the shop getting his hands dirty to get things done. On top of all this I got some cool swag and sweets?!?! Yeah, I'm not going anywhere else.
