We took our Mercury Mariner to HAAS to get an alignment after replacing the front struts on our own. Not only was the experience quick, easy and affordable, but I LOVE how everything can be done online. I booked our appointment online for an alignment, selected a time, showed up and dropped the keys off. A shuttle ride back home was provided. During the day I got a text with an online summary of my vehicle inspection and some items to keep top of mind. When the job was done, I got another text and was able to view my invoice online and pay from my phone with Apple Pay. After giving them a call, the shuttle came back to pick me up and picking up my car went super quickly since everything was already paid for and good to go.
I'm all about convenience and efficiency and this process was incredible. Plus, my car was returned with the inside cleaned and vacuumed, that was such a nice bonus! Thank you to all the advisors, techs, managers, behind the scenes employees, detailer, shuttle drivers, everyone at HAAS.
