Every year, The Gazette asks the Colorado Springs community for their input on business, performances, and places to go in our region during the “Best of the Springs” voting. We love it because it is our own customers placing their vote for the businesses they patronize themselves! The majority of our business comes by way of word-of-mouth referrals…quite an accomplishment in the auto repair business. We enjoy getting to know our customers and their families on a first name basis.

As an independent auto repair shop in Colorado Springs, Honest Accurate Auto Service can provide all the maintenance and repair services your vehicle needs, especially to maintain your vehicle’s warranty, reliability and safety.
We make every effort to make your vehicle service as convenient as possible, in working by appointment and by providing complimentary shuttle service to and from your work or home. In 2017, we won the Southern Colorado BBB Excellence in Customer Service Award, so you know we take customer service seriously.
A couple of things set us apart as a shop: 1) our technicians and Service Advisors do not work on commission, but are paid salary and 2) we maintain an “open door policy”.
Because our staff does not work on commission, they have no financial incentive to recommend work that your car doesn’t need. This is almost unheard of in the auto repair industry…most technicians work on “flat-rate”, which pays them only for the work they recommend and complete.
Our “open door policy” invites our customers to look at their car when it is on a lift, or under the hood, to physically see why we may recommend a repair or maintenance service. We want our customers to feel comfortable asking questions and know that they are in the “driver’s seat”, where only customer approved work will be completed. We encourage our customers to physically see any damaged or worn parts before they are replaced.
