Women’s Automotive Workshop in Colorado Springs, CO

Over the past 10 years, our Women’s Basic Car Maintenance Class has become a tradition. Serving the local community with automotive workshops has always been important to Honest Accurate Auto Service since they opened in Colorado Springs in 1993.

Women’s Automotive Workshop in Colorado Springs, CO

Each Honest Accurate automotive shop volunteers a Saturday morning, spring and fall, to educate and empower women with the knowledge they need to make educated decisions about their car repair and car needs. It is a relaxed, informative, and fun basic car maintenance class that is perfect for Colorado drivers!

With 2 locations near you in Colorado Springs, each of the shops alternates turns for hosting the automotive workshop. Technicians, service advisors, owners, and administrative staff all participate in the events regardless of which location the event is being held.

During the knowledge-packed 3-hour basic car maintenance class, the women attending are treated to a light breakfast and door prizes, while they get “shop savvy” with the Honest Accurate Team.

Basic car maintenance classes have several segments that include

  • How to find a reputable shop
  • What to look at under the car and under the hood
  • How to change a tire
  • How to jump a battery

Women also have one-on-one time with an ASE Certified Technician, where they have an opportunity to ask technicians specific questions about their own vehicles.

The 2021 Women’s Automotive Workshops are scheduled for

Saturday, October 9th at the Honest Accurate Auto Service West location. They are located at 426 Nevada Mesa View, just one block south of Garden of the Gods Rd, off Nevada Ave.

This event will be held from 8:30am – 12:00, with the last half hour allotted for women to ask individual questions about their own vehicles.

The East Shop will also have a Women’s Basic Car Maintenance class on Saturday, September 18th, at 3905 Tutt Blvd

This event will be held from 8:45 am-12:00 pm, with the last half-hour allotted for women to ask individual questions about their own vehicles.

Because of the personalized, one-on-one attention we like to provide at these classes, registration is required and limited to only 30 attendees at each class. These classes tend to fill up fast, as they have gained popularity over the years.

Registration is easy and there are 3 ways to sign up

We look forward to seeing you there – register now!
