Found my new auto shop! Great service from Shannon who went above and beyond contacting the dealerships that wouldn't return my calls. Wonderful shuttle experiences with Don. The mechanic Max even went on a ride with me so I can show him the issue. One of my two problems was resolved. The second is still ongoing but they pointed me to the Bulletins for my vehicle and I'm not alone as it is an issue with my year/vehicle.
